FREEZE ALERT!

Please be advised that cold weather is approaching rapidly. You must take certain steps in order to prevent frozen pipes.

Make sure that all hoses are disconnected from all outside faucets. At this time be sure that the faucet is not leaking. If your home is currently vacant, please call immediately if you are concerned about the condition of your home, we will be happy to check on it and report to you anything that we feel you should have checked by a professional.

Should the weather call for several nights of below freezing with temperatures not rising above 32 degrees during the day, you should leave an open cabinet door where there are pipes so that your water will not freeze. If you are not living close enough to check on this, please call and we will see that a cabinet door is opened in order to allow heat to the pipes.
