OUTSIDE:

• week and mulch
• sweep walkways and porches

• paint the front door and mailbox
• ad a new front door mat

• make sure doorbell works!

INSIDE:

• Remove extra furniture, worn rugs etc
• repair such things as loose door knobs etc
• make your home cozy and inviting
• set the dining table for formal dinner
• make the kitchen shine! top to bottom
• be sure oven is spotless
• clean base boards
• unclutter all counter space
• organize inside cabinets
• make the bathrooms sparkle

GARAGE:

• get rid of unnecessary items
• clean oily cement floor
• provide strong overhead light
• tidy storage or work area
• change furnace filter
• make inspection access easy

ATTIC:

• tidy up and organize
• provide lighting if possible
• make sure energy-saving insulation is apparent

EXTRA INFO:

• Have utility bills available
• give the carpets a quick vacuuming
• clean carpets if needed
• In the winter - burn the fireplace
• Put on some soft music
• Make sure the trash is disposed of neatly outside
